These terms govern use of THAL accounts, subscriptions, community features, and safety-planning tools.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use THAL only for lawful personal dating-safety purposes. Do not scrape profiles, publish private contact details, impersonate another person, harass anyone, evade access controls, or use THAL for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or eligibility decisions.
Subscriptions
Native full access is an auto-renewing monthly subscription offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown by the store before confirmation. Payment is charged to the store account at confirmation and renews unless canceled through the applicable store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid expiration date. Store refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store rules.
Website purchases are separately processed by Stripe and grant the fixed access period shown at checkout. Store and website purchase records are unified only as THAL entitlement and receipt entries; THAL never receives raw card credentials.
Safety information
Records, identity matches, community reports, ratings, and automated summaries may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They are contextual signals—not declarations of guilt. Follow the correction, appeal, and moderation processes before relying on a disputed item.
Emergency boundary
THAL is not an emergency-dispatch service, PSAP, law-enforcement agency, or substitute for 911. In an actual emergency, stop using the app and contact local emergency services from the handset.
