Information processed

• Account identity supplied by the configured sign-in provider.
• Subscription status, payment references, receipts, and entitlement dates supplied by Stripe, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. THAL does not receive raw card numbers, CVVs, or wallet seed phrases.
• Verification status supplied by Stripe Identity after its hosted document and selfie flow. THAL does not store the submitted document or selfie images.
• Safety-tool requests, moderation decisions, source references, and abuse-prevention logs when a user deliberately submits them.
• Device-local preferences and correspondence that remain on the user’s device unless the user deliberately exports or submits them.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, verify eligibility, activate paid access, prevent abuse, conduct manual review, provide requested safety workflows, maintain receipts, and respond to support or deletion requests. THAL does not sell personal information or use safety information for employment, housing, credit, or insurance decisions.

Service providers and retention

Cloudflare provides hosting, access control, and database infrastructure. Stripe provides website payments and hosted identity verification. Apple and Google provide native store billing. Each provider processes information under its own published terms. THAL retains account-linked operational records only as long as needed for the stated purpose, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or applicable recordkeeping duties.

Choices and deletion

Users may stop optional location or community contributions, remove device-local correspondence, request correction of moderated material, and initiate account deletion from the account page or the deletion page.
