Close the account.
This removes THAL’s account-linked identity status, entitlements, device enrollments, screening authorization history, and stored user-requested records. Processor records may remain where required for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal recordkeeping.
Before continuing
- Sign in to the member account you want deleted.
- Export any device-local information you want to keep.
- Deletion cannot be reversed. A later return requires a new account and new verification.
